We carry out projects in the field of direct recruitment for higher and medium managerial positions as well as highly specialised independent positions. We were one of the first companies on the Polish market that initiated recruitment projects related to the acquisition of Interim Managers and the implementation of temporary projects.
We also specialize in diagnostic and competence development projects. Based on Assessment and Development Centre methods, Personnel Audit, Employee Assessments and 360° Assessment, we diagnose the training and development needs of employees, identify competency gaps and assess the efficiency and usefulness of employees and candidates for a given position. On this basis, we propose accordingly selected methods for further development and enhancing the level of competency in the organisation. Inwenta also runs training projects in the area of broadly defined soft skills associated with management, leadership, change and effectiveness. For sales and customer service departments we conduct dedicated operational coaching aimed at improving and increasing the efficiency of teams and their managers.

Certified ICC Coach, LMI Coach. Since 1999 she has been working in the personnel consulting industry.
She has gained her experience in this area by working in both Polish and foreign companies. Thanks to working for TMP World Wide she had the opportunity to learn and apply the most innovative knowledge and practice in the HR field. She designs as well as runs projects of diagnosis and assessment of employees’ and candidates’ capability to work using the Assessment and Development Centre method. She is involved in projects of employee assessments and 360° assessments, she conducts coaching workshops for managerial staff. Beata has extensive experience in the implementation of recruitment projects for many Polish and international companies. Since 2007 she has been carrying out coaching using the ICC method and in 2009 she was introduced to the LMI methodology. Since 2004 she has been actively working towards the development of the Polish recruitment market in the area of Interim Management. She is a Co-Founder of the Interim Managers Association (SIM) and since 2017 the President of SearchNet International.

In her career so far she has carried out several hundred projects in the field of executive search recruitment for the highest managerial positions as well as in the field of employee assessment using assessment/development centre method. She was also involved in the implementation of numerous outplacement programs for companies from various industries, both in the private and public sector. She specializes in projects for the Venture Capital market.
For many years she has been actively working towards activating and promoting the Polish interim management market (temporary management). Originator, Initiator and Co-Founder of the Polish Interim Managers Association (SIM), where she served as the first President in the years 2010-2012. Currently she once again holds the position of the President. As one of the few on the Polish market she boasts an extensive experience in recruiting and selecting Temporary Managers (Interim Managers) for specific projects.
