Simulations that diagnose abilities and potential are specially designed for every level of a particular position and for each industry:

• are rooted in business reality
• address the problems that participants face in their professional lives
• enable to examine the potential – they do not accurately reflect the reality of the workplace
• enable to examine the current level of specific abilities/ maintaining the standards – they reflect the reality as much as possible

We also design hybrid tasks that combine the specificity of several single tasks.

Evaluation sessions can be performed personally or remotely. They are carried out by professional assessors with at least a few years of experience in this type of assessment.

The form of reports is each time modified in accordance with the Client’s wishes.

Team Competence Photography is a specific tool for testing selected skills of a large team, similar in methodology to AC/DC.

Specificity of the Team Competence Photography:

• possibility of examining a very large group in a very short time (e.g. 160 people in 2 days),
• simulation of the selected professional activity of the participants (e.g. trade interview, evaluation interview),
• the ability to assess selected skills and maintain specific organisational standards,
• methodology based on the business reality of the organisation (possibility to involve business partners of the organisation),
• simplified form of results obtained within a very short period of time after the survey.
