Coaching is a process supporting professional development, achieving above-average results and managing the Client’s career (coachee).
It is the most effective method of improving competencies at a higher level of professional development. It allows to discover unique coachee resources and leads to constructive solutions in the area of professional and personal functioning of the Client.
Coaching is carried out through a series of meetings with the coach.
During each session, the client works on his or her goals – related to business, personal development, interpersonal relations or skills, depending on the type of coaching.
The coach initiates and supports the process of introspection, thanks to which the analysis of the Client’s own reactions and emotions, goals and needs becomes more effective and faster leads to constructive solutions and taking action.
Coach does not impose its own knowledge, but through dialogue, joint analysis of experiences and formulation of appropriate questions, makes the Client find answers that bring him closer to his goal.
Coaching leads to the development of the Client’s personal potential through discovering and supporting the Client’s resources (capabilities). Thanks to the fact that coaching is a process, the results obtained during the process are strengthened in time and changes are consolidated.

The VCC system is consistent with the assumptions of the European Qualification Framework (EQF) and the Polish Qualification Framework (PRK) and takes into account the specificity of the VET market, i.e. non-formal vocational education in Central and Eastern Europe, including Poland that is the largest country in the region.
