Responses to FAQ related to processing of personal data in our organization

Your personal data are safe with us

Pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as “GDPR” or “General Data Protection Regulation”), effective as of May 25, 2018, we would like to remind you several key issues relating to processing of personal data applied in our organization.

The administrator of personal data stored in the Inwenta Database is Inwenta Sp. z o. o. , with the registered seat in Warsaw, Filtrowa Street 75, appt. 17, 02-032 Warsaw.

Where did we receive your data from?

There are several alternatives:

• you have registered in our Candidate Database;
• you have sent us your resume as a response to the job announcement we released, or directly to one of our consultants;
• we have an opportunity to meet you in person, e.g. during the workshops or conferences;
• your data have been acquired from public sources (e.g. LinkedIn, GoldenLine, websites, articles and others).

Regardless of the source, your data have been obtained legitimately.

What is the purpose we use your data for and what are the applicable legal basis for processing?

Your personal data are processed to:

• carry out recruitment projects;
• organize different types of trainings, conferences, workshops and other events;
• conduct projects meant to provide the diagnosis of competences (psychometric tests, Assessment and Development Center sessions);
• implement projects subsidized with EU Funds;
• conclude and perform contracts;
• issue financial and accounting documents;
• develop marketing operations.

The legal basis for processing of your data is:

• your consent for processing;

May your data be revealed?

Yes, they may, however, only in strictly defined cases, such as follows:

• passing the data to our Customers for recruitment purposes;
• passing the data to the entities, that cooperate with us throughout the recruitment process, but also for the purpose of and within the scope necessary to complete the project (we hold agreements with all the entities, that protect and control processing of your data);
• passing the required documentation of the EU subsidized projects to supervisory and governing units.

You data might be made available to other entities, but solely to those that are duly authorized, basing upon a generally applicable law.

How long are your data stored?

Your data will be stored in our database until you have withdrawn your consent for processing. The withdrawal might be done at any moment through filling an individual updating form, or through sending an email to: iod@inwenta.pl. The withdrawal will not affect the legality of the data processing, provided on a basis of the consent, prior to withdrawing it.

We also do remind you that you are entitled to: access, amend, remove, limit rights for processing, claim retransferring the data to another administrator and lodge a complaint to the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. 

In addition, we have appointed the Inspector of Data Protection, you may reach through email: iod@inwenta.pl, pointing out all the issues relating to personal data processing.

Is providing Inwenta with your data obligatory?

No, it is not. You provide us with your data voluntarily. However, unfortunately,  unless you deliver us your personal data or give your consent for processing, you will not be taken into account in our operations (recruitment projects, conferences, trainings, workshops, etc.).

Inwenta considers security of personal data belonging to the Candidates and Customers the priority. Our systems are properly protected and monitored, we use firewalls and our consultant comply with procedures and safety rules binding in our organization. We do utmost to make the data we process be fully safe.
