Your personal data are safe with us
Pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as “GDPR” or “General Data Protection Regulation”), effective as of May 25, 2018, we would like to remind you several key issues relating to processing of personal data applied in our organization.

How long are your data stored?
Your data will be stored in our database until you have withdrawn your consent for processing. The withdrawal might be done at any moment through filling an individual updating form, or through sending an email to: iod@inwenta.pl. The withdrawal will not affect the legality of the data processing, provided on a basis of the consent, prior to withdrawing it.
We also do remind you that you are entitled to: access, amend, remove, limit rights for processing, claim retransferring the data to another administrator and lodge a complaint to the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

Is providing Inwenta with your data obligatory?
No, it is not. You provide us with your data voluntarily. However, unfortunately, unless you deliver us your personal data or give your consent for processing, you will not be taken into account in our operations (recruitment projects, conferences, trainings, workshops, etc.).

Our systems are properly protected and monitored, we use firewalls and our consultant comply with procedures and safety rules binding in our organization. We do utmost to make the data we process be fully safe.
